Being registered means that we have been individually vetted and approved for the directory.

The Suppliers Directory is a searchable directory of ICT suppliers providing goods and services to the voluntary, community sector and registered adult social care provider organisations in England.

By being on this listing, we have to agree to this criteria

• To put voluntary / community sector and registered adult social care provider organisations' ICT needs first and only recommend products and services that are the best solution within the organisation's budget
• Clearly explain any / all charges associated with providing the service or product
• Be open when reselling products and services and openly declare any vested interest
• Treat organisations honourably and with respect
• Commit to dealing with any complaints, disputes and problems promptly and effectively
• Use plain language and explain any technical issues clearly.
• Commit to equal opportunities and environmentally sound working practises.
• Undertake to support voluntary / community sector and registered adult social care provider organisations' understanding of the potential of ICT to: 
  - Improve their service delivery and access to services
  - Save money, time and resources
  - Communicate with more people quickly and easily.
